Tim Lawrence, President

Tim Lawrence, a Montgomery County native, started his business in 1979 as a small home repair and maintenance contractor. From the very beginning, he operated his business by the principles of honesty, trust, reliability, quality workmanship and communication.

He says these principles are the basis of good human relationships, both in business and in life and are the reasons behind BRHI’s years of success. He still operates his company by those same values, but has learned to combine those traditional principles with innovation to grow with the changing industry.

Tim is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) and EPA Certified Remodeler. Tim believes the use of quality, innovative products, properly installed by trained, caring, professional craftspeople, coupled with sound design, will serve as a catalyst for future success in a changing economy.

Something everyone should know about Tim is he is happily married and has three wonderful children, Lindsi, Logan and Landon. He also likes to travel, camp and pan for gold in his free time.

In addition, Tim has been an active member on the New River Valley Home Builders Association (NRVHBA) board of directors for the past 10 years and serves as chair of the finance and home expo committees.
