Chuck Hammack, Designer & Estimator
In 2009, Chuck Hammack began working as a carpenter for BRHI. He now serves as both a designer and estimator for the team. Chuck has over 10 years of construction experience and a bachelors degree in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech.
This North Carolina native earned an International Baccalaureate diploma from Nash-Rocy Mounty High School in 2004. After graduating from the program, he went on to do various jobs including car detailing, airbrushing and painting as well as building small airplanes.
Chuck’s favorite thing about working for BRHI is taking part in the entire construction process. He loves using his industrial design skills to come up with a concept and create a building model that will be functional, accessible and beautiful.
Something everyone should know about Chuck is he loves painting and has sold dozens of his pieces at local galleries. In his free time, Chuck enjoys using leftover building materials to build furniture at his woodworking shop. He is also in the process of writing the bylaws for a nonprofit organization titled Just About Sustainability. His goal is to help develop third world countries in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
